They are also involved in high-profile antitrust investigations, complex merger control cases, and multijurisdictional competition litigation. With the Competition Group spanning multiple key global locations, associates often have opportunities for both international and domestic client secondments.
The candidate will be dealing with cartel investigations, merger control filings, abuse of dominance cases, competition litigation, compliance advisory work, and sector-specific regulatory inquiries across multiple jurisdictions.
