EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess experience or skills in one or more of the following areas:

  • Minimum 1 years coaching competitive gymnastics for DP level 2-5.
  • Minimum of 2+ years coaching levels 6-10.
  • Must have hands-on spotting experience with team level athletes.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Current USAG member, but may consider a recently expired USAG membership

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to athlete development, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual athletes’ needs and skill levels.
  • Always maintain a positive coaching environment.
  • Confidently and safely spot gymnasts on all four events.
  • Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Support athletes in skill progression to ensure athletes are well prepared for their competitive season.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss athlete development and progress.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the entire team coaching staff
  • Participate in competitions, including preparation and coaching during events.
