Description du poste We are looking for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join our team based in the Lesaffre Group headquarters near Lille, France. You will be part of our worldwide network of Analysts, reporting to group Competitive Intelligence Director, in charge of monitoring the Lesaffre Group's competitive & market environment in the Food, Nutrition & Biotechnology sectors. Your role will be to: Identify and monitor mega trends in our markets via Competitive Intelligence monitoring tools and share strategic insights to our internal customers (General Management, Sales & Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, R&D etc.). Conduct market studies (market segmentation, market size estimations, etc.) through data analysis, OSINT and high-level discussions with internal stakeholders from all regions. Carry out in-depth studies of our competitive landscape (strategic moves, partnerships, product landscape, etc.), to support the strategic thinking of our top management teams and present the results to the group Executive Committee (ExCom). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that expand market presence and drive growth. Qualifications You are passionate about Food, Nutrition, Health & Biotech and you have an agri-food or biotech MSc or engineering degree, ideally complemented by a degree in business, marketing or competitive intelligence. To successfully carry out these missions, you will rely on: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, to identify data limitations, interpret discrepancies, and synthesize multiple data sets into compelling messages Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen sense of curiosity A high level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data manipulation You are fluent in English, both written and spoken Informations complémentaires All our jobs are open to people with disabilities
