About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Competitive Intelligence Intern to support our Rides Finance team with data-driven insights that drive competitive advantage and new market expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on market data collection, business modelling, and reporting, identifying opportunities to maximise growth and profitability of our ride-hailing business on a global scale. Your Daily AdventuresMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, identifying key opportunities and threats. Test and analyse multiple data sources, applying statistical methods to determine confidence levels and establish a single source of truth. Develop, refine, and automate reports to improve visibility on operational and financial metrics. Collaborate with 35+ teams to ensure smooth and reliable data collection and reporting. About youYou are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or another quantitative field. You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with stakeholders globally. You are passionate about interpreting complex data and turning it into actionable insights. You are familiar with SQL and strong in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; knowledge of statistical methods or automation (Apps Script/VBA) is a plus. You are curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines while handling sensitive financial information responsibly.
