  Our Complaints function is the voice of our customers and takes ownership of complaints that require further investigation. We have a critical role in delivering on our purpose of Making You Happier About Money and when things don’t quite go right, we’re on hand to turn problems into solutions and issues into positive experiences. Investigation is our forte – we listen closely, think critically, and act with empathy to deliver the best possible outcomes to our customers.   At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.   For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be monthly in Glasgow or Gosforth.
