DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Complaints and Claims Coordinator to join our team and help manage vehicle damage claims from start to finish. You’ll be the link between customers, our field and lot staff, and repair vendors to make sure every complaint is investigated, documented, and resolved quickly and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (automotive, call center, or similar)
  • Experience in automotive claims, service writing, or dealership operations
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles, towing, or repair procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with RDN, Telegram, or other claims management tools
  • Understanding of repossession industry processes
