Description:

We are a busy Will & Estate Planning company based in Leicester City Centre, providing advice in all aspects of Will & Estate Planning and Asset Protection. The opportunity has risen for the business to recruit the right candidate to join our expanding company.
The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for managing complaints received. You will be required to log, investigate and communicate with management, colleagues and clients regarding all client issues or complaints to achieve a satisfactory outcome in line with the company’s policies and procedures. All complaints are to be acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the process. To provide our clients with a clear, concise and appropriate response to feedback they raise. The role will involve keeping and maintaining an accurate record of all complaints received and managing each case until it is resolved.
The successful candidate must be driven, proactive, commercially minded, a team player, versatile and able to work efficiently under their own initiative whilst delivering a high level of professional service. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required, a confident telephone manner along with excellent attention to detail. As part of this role the appointed person will also be responsible for analysing complaint data working with other departments to ensure that any errors are not repeated so that it minimises any complaints received in the future.
Hours of work are 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
