The Commission’s Board is chaired by the Chief Justice of Victoria.
The Complaints Support Officer provides complaint liaison and high-quality confidential administrative support for the complaint’s functions carried out by the Legal and Complaints team at the Commission. This role will work closely with the Commission’s investigating lawyers assisting with administrative duties associated with complaint investigation and support the Complaints Engagement and Systems Coordinator to administratively manage all enquiries and complaints received by the Commission, provide accurate complaint information, education and assistance to external stakeholders, facilitate referrals to other agencies where appropriate and maintain the complaints management system.
