We are now looking for a Completion Responsible for one of our customers based in Stavanger. Duration: ASAP - 31.12.2026 Deadline for applications: 03.06.2026 Responsibilities: The purpose of the Completion Responsible role is to ensure a structured, traceable, and efficient completion and handover process throughout the project lifecycle. The role is responsible for establishing fit-for-purpose completion structures, maintaining high-quality documentation and data, and coordinating Mechanical Completion, Preservation, Commissioning, and handover activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards. The role contributes to predictable and efficient project execution by reducing the risk of delays, ensuring compliance, and supporting the timely handover of systems, facilities, and documentation to operations. Main Tasks: Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS in line with project requirements and company standards Secure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS Maintain data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines to enable efficient project execution and handover Drive proper scope management Ensure handover certificates (RFCC, RFOC) are properly coordinated, documented, and approved according to project requirements Facilitate handover reviews. Promote collaboration between project teams, contractors, and operations to achieve transparent, safe, and efficient completion processes Safeguard compliance with Client's HSE principles, management system, and technical standards throughout all completion phases Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes, system functionality, and best practices for project completion and commissioning management Requirements: Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in oil and gas projects within engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. Subsea experience is preferred Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Fluent in written and spoken English Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong competence within LCI processes and documentation requirements Strong interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Focused on HSSE and quality in all project phases To work with Erithy means: Working on exciting Norwegian energy projects.
