JOB OVERVIEW:

The Completions Specialist (Fab) applies their conceptual knowledge of Completions (Fab) and, with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward Completions (Fab) problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Completions Specialist (Fab) understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • 5+ years within Oil& Gas Industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery
  • College Degree
  • Associate degree
  • Teamwork
  • Functional, business, industry, and supervisory expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Systemization and P&ID mark up.
  • Support on Population of database Project Management System.
  • Completion of Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs) by discipline.
  • Support Construction Team along the project to execute Mechanical Completion activities by system, module, or area.
  • Leading Mechanical Completion Walkthrough.
  • Punch list administration.
  • Lead Tiger Team for punch list close out.
  • Turnover of systems, subsystems, modules, or areas to Commissioning team.
  • Coordinate safety aspects of the work.
  • Manage of Management Completion System
  • Completion of Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs) by discipline, system, subsystem, area or module
  • Mechanical Completion Walkthrough Schedule
  • Coordination and lead Mechanical Completion Walkthrough by discipline, System, Subsystem, area or module
  • Administration of punch lists
  • Punch list clearance by discipline, system, Subsystem, area or module.
  • Leading Tiger Team (Punch list attendance team)
  • Prepare Mechanical Completion Dossiers by Discipline, System, subsystem, area or module
  • Turnover of Mechanical Completion to Commissioning Team
  • Coordinate Punch List attendance and clearing activities (Interacting with the punch list coordinator of the COMPANY)
  • Feedback to production engineering regarding progress of work packagesAssist in the elaboration and management of red lines generated during the mechanical completion stage
  • Provide technical support to construction team to identify the elements needed to complete for each subsystem
  • Support to construction leading activities to complete priorities
  • Provide Technical Support along hydrotest and reinstatement
  • Participate in SIMOPs
