Job Description What you’ll do Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support him to reach his full potential. The client has CHARGE syndrome and due to this the client has a multitude of impairments where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes, care of the ventilated child, PEG feeds via mini-button for medication, hydration and nutrients, oral suctioning and oxygen administration. You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have. Qualifications What you’ll need Prior to the interview stage you need to have the following experience to be eligible: Experience working in a complex care setting. Experience with PEG feeds and administering medication via this method. Experience with suctioning. Experience of caring for children who non-verbal in nature, sign-supported and/or sensory communication. You will need to be a car driver due to the location. Additional Information Why choose us?
