Job Title: Children’s Complex Care Assistant
Location: Aldridge

We are currently seeking compassionate and proactive Children’s Complex Care Assistants to join our team!
The client is a young female child living in Aldridge, requiring support both at school and at home. The family enjoys going on holiday and will need support during travel, including driving a mobility van.

Shift Times:

• 07:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (school days)
• 08:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (non-school days)
• 08:00 - 18:00, Saturdays (alternate weekends)
• 09:00 - 18:00, Sundays (alternate weekends)

At YorHealth, we offer a nurse-led complex care service for children and adults in the community. This includes 24-hour care and our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when needed.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient nature.
• Knowledgeable about the developmental and educational needs of children and young people.
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant area is desirable.
