YOUR SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year experience within a care setting
• Demonstratable commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective care
• Have an understanding of safeguarding
• Excellent communication skills and be able to fit into a family setting
• Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing holistic care.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our client is a young boy that suffers from Global Development Delay and is non-verbal. He lives at home with his mum and dad and needs support overnight. Part of his care overnight would include Peg feeding and medication, Cpap, repositioning, hoisting and personal care.
We can offer training in line with our client’s requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide expert care based on a personalised plan in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
