SHIFT PATTERNS:

• Part Time Waking Nights: 9pm - 7am (Monday - Friday available)
  Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with autism, complex needs, and familiarity with Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) is highly desirable
• Must be confident with medication administration (training provided if needed)
• Driver preferred – currently limited public transport.
• Must have or be willing to complete all compliance checks and training

Setting: Supporting a young adult in her own home, alongside her father.
About the Role: We are seeking two dedicated Complex Care Assistants to join a small care team, client is a 27-year-old female with Autism, Down syndrome, Oesophageal/Dysphagia, and is non-verbal. This is a very complex care package, with a focus on supporting her overnight, and potentially full-time when her father is away.
Client attends college during the day and receives support from Melrose for her commute. Care is required at home mainly during evenings / nights, with potential for additional hours as needed.
