About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Lead – Complex Care to join a nurse-led community care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a PICU / ITU / HDU nurse looking to step away from shift work while continuing to make a real impact on patient care.
As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing complex care packages, supporting carers, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and clinically oversee a caseload of complex care clients
  • Complete and review care plans and risk assessments
  • Supervise, mentor, and clinically assess carers
  • Conduct regular client visits and monitor quality of care
  • Liaise with CHC teams, families, and external clinicians
  • Participate in the on-call rota for clinical support

About You

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult or Child)
  • Strong clinical background (PICU / ITU / HDU / complex care desirable)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organised with strong clinical judgement
  • Full UK driving licence
