As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional specialised care to a vibrant young man with autism, learning difficulties and epilepsy.
This individual lives with his family and requires round-the-clock care, including personal care, he has a tracheostomy so will require tracheostomy care, moving and handling and support and assistance with learning difficulties.
Our dedicated team comprises two skilled carers who are always on-site to provide support and care. We are seeking highly motivated professionals who possess a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client’s quality of life.
