COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT WORKER – LINCOLN

We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team for our new client in Lincoln. Our client is a 13-year-old male with an optic nerve tumour, epilepsy and is blind. He has a hydrocephalus shunt, an NG tube and whilst he can walk, uses a wheelchair due to fatigue.
Previous experience supporting /teenagers desirable.

• Experience in a similar role working with brain injuries, epilepsy and individuals who are blind.

• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
