We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Rhyl, Denbighshire, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.
Our client enjoys using her mobile phone, watching TV or listening to audio books. Our client likes to attend church once weekly. She attends clubs, centres, activities. She also plans to attend Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy weekly. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.
