Description Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Director of Finance to provide financial leadership for our Augusta Complex, overseeing two major branded hotels (IHG & Hilton). This executive-level role is responsible for all financial strategy, compliance, internal controls, and reporting across both properties while partnering closely with the General Manager, Corporate Accounting, and Ownership. What You’ll Do Provide complete financial oversight for two properties within the Augusta/North Augusta market. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial closing processes. Ensure compliance with both IHG and Hilton global financial standards, internal controls, and reporting deadlines. Partner with department leaders to improve profitability, labor efficiency, and operational controls. Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll oversight, income audit, and cash management. Maintain strong internal controls environment and prepare for all audits. Deliver high-quality financial reporting to ownership and stakeholders monthly and quarterly. Oversee CAPEX planning, FF&E reserves, and ROI analyses. Provide financial coaching and leadership to the accounting team and department heads. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Hospitality or related field required. Minimum 5+ years of hotel accounting experience; 3+ years in DOF or Assistant DOF leadership preferred. Experience with IHG, Hilton, or dual-brand environments strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of USALI, forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and cash controls. Analytical, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills. Why Work With Us?
