We’re searching for a dedicated individual for our front desk who wants to be part of an enthusiastic and ambitious team!

YOUR PROFILE

We’re seeking a hospitality enthusiast who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Complex Front Office Employee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Managing reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
  • Assisting with F&B operations in the bar area, including inventory management and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
