Qualifications You are responsible for managing Team Member Accommodation ensuring higher internal customer satisfaction level. Ensuring the well-being of residents throughout their journey. Managing residents’ discipline and resolving escalated complaints or disputes Ensure that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented Inspect areas and ensure that all aspects of the accommodation are met and maintain hygiene and health and safety regulations. Ensure buildings and equipment’s are in good running conditions and ensure periodic maintenance are done on time. Ensure all legal compliances are met inclusive of local authority regulations. Manage accommodation cost and ensure expenses are within the budget.
