Description
This position co-ordinates and supports the work of the Complex Malignant Hematology Program at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre. The Program Coordinator, at the direction of the Director and Clinical Manager, will be responsible for facilitating the coordination and completion of deliverables as outlined in the Complex Malignant Hematology Agreement and Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Therapy Agreement from OH-CCO. The magnitude of the regional delivery of hematology and transplant and cellular therapy services has increased and will continue to increase as care is integrated and delivered close to home as appropriate. Coordination and support for the development of annual work plans for all strategic priorities is required in order to achieve the integration deliverables described in the Specialized Services Oversight Program from OH-CCO. The position interacts with internal and external partners, and CCO, to further partnerships and achieve the RCP plan. Post secondary diploma/degree in business administration or related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of practical and related administrative support experience in cancer services organization, planning, and implementation projects. Previous experience working in the Ontario cancer system and a regional program. Proactive, assertive, self-started; able to take initiative. Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Able to produce high quality reports and communication materials. Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio, Canva, Teams, etc
