This job role is to handle P&C Operations of Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort Job Description Responsible for the P&C Operations at Anantara Kalutara and Avani Kalutara resorts in Sri Lanka. Ensure compliance with housing, health & safety, and regulatory requirements of the housing complex. Oversee allocations of the housing complex You will need to make things happen, you will be a pivotal role in People & Culture team assisting in the key processes that ensure the success of the department. You will be involved with driving team member engagement and communication. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our team members throughout their journey. Further, you will be involved in CSR activities, preparing reports, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management At least 2-3 years of experience in human resources work in a star-class hotel. A relevant qualification in housing management or equivalent experience would be an added advantage. Ability to work independently to deliver results & to perform a wide range of multi-tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of written and spoken English A team player with the confidence to take the lead Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
