Complex Senior Event Manager - Signia by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Orlando
The and Complex is looking for their next Senior Event Manager.
These complex hotels offer premium experiences like no other, the Signia Orlando features 1009 guest rooms and 231,000 square feet of meeting space while the Waldorf Astoria Orlando features 502 renovated guestrooms and 120,000 square feet of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing events in a high-volume, large-box hotel environment, with a strong background in servicing high-end and luxury clientele. As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading the solicitation, planning, and flawless execution of meetings and events within the hotel. This role requires frequent client interaction to understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and drive repeat and expanded business.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on assigned groups.

Responsibilities
  • Organize, plan and prioritize your duties by developing plans and goals.

  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
