AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU- Secret (NV1) TRAVEL: Yes, 25% of the Time Description Your Role: As the Complex Task Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex tasks within the KC-30A Program. This includes Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Sovereign Defence Initiatives (SDI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Initiatives that do not reach the threshold of a dedicated Project. You will have accountability for: Developing and Managing implementation plans, schedules and budget to achieve contracted deliverables Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to Technical Service Officers and SDI Specialists Leading the identification and development of SDI Initiatives, collaborating with Function to achieve SDI outcomes. Leading the initiation and execution of ECP’s for the KC-30A Program, coordinating with a broad range of internal and customer stakeholders to progress through the configuration control process. Leading the development of TCO Initiatives, collaborating with Function to achieve TCO outcomes. Driving continuous improvement and process excellence across task delivery practices and tools Building and maintaining strong relationships with Defence stakeholders About You: As the Complex Task Manager, you will be experienced in Managing complex tasks in Defence, aerospace or engineering environments.
