We’re seeking someone with experience in a compliance and onboarding role. Healthcare experience is a plus, but this is not essential.
As this role is varied and fast-paced, our ideal candidate will be proactive and a natural investigator with excellent attention to detail, along with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Priorities often change so adaptability and being able to manage these priorities confidently is essential.

Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our central recruitment & compliance team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.
In this role, you will oversee and streamline the onboarding process for our Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses, ensuring all candidates meet CQC compliance standards and are are fully compliant to work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering pre-employment checks (eligibility to work, references, DBS processing)
  • Conducting audits to ensure staff compliance
  • Supporting recruitment processes to maintain high standards across the business
