ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Compliance Administrator Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our subcontractor compliance process. You’ll ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements. From coordinating inductions to updating client portals and maintaining compliance registers, your work will directly support operational excellence across the country. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly and compliantly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Documentation Management – Maintain accurate records of subcontractor compliance documents, licenses, and insurances.
  • Induction Coordination – Schedule and record induction training for subcontractor staff across multiple sites.
  • Client Portal Updates – Ensure subcontractor staff details are uploaded and maintained across client platforms.
  • Compliance Registers – Keep internal systems and registers up to date with precision and consistency.
  • Document Creation – Format and edit Microsoft documents to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Support – Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
