THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our frozen food manufacturing site. This role is critical in ensuring that all statutory compliance requirements are managed, recorded, and audit-ready. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance administration and the ability to maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records in a regulated environment.
This is a key position within the business, providing assurance that all safety and statutory checks are completed and that documentation is kept to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain statutory compliance records for LOLER, PUWER, pressure systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other safety-critical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance trackers and logs are kept fully up to date, with all testing and inspections completed within required timescales.
  • Prepare, collate, and present documentation for both internal and external audits.
  • Produce accurate reports for management on compliance status and future requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for compliance documentation across the site.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance administration (essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets, databases, and document management systems.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements such as LOLER, PUWER, pressure systems, and fire safety systems.
  • A proactive, systematic approach with the ability to ensure nothing is missed.
