Description
The Compliance Administrator supports the Compliance function by ensuring company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are properly documented, monitored, and followed. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks. Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company guidelines. Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, filings, and documentation. Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documents. Coordinate with internal departments to collect compliance-related information. Track licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines. Report compliance risks, gaps, or breaches to the Compliance Manager. Assist with compliance training, awareness sessions, and communications. Liaise with regulatory authorities when required, under supervision. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a compliance, governance, or administrative role (UAE experience preferred). Good understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements. Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience in real estate, property development, or corporate environments. Familiarity with compliance management systems and audit processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
