Location: Cadishead
Salary: £27,456 depending on experience
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (part time will be considered on pro-rata salary)
Hours: 24-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for retaining and updating quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) records accurately. The role will be primarily focussed on our Cadishead site, with administration support provided to the Group as required.

Tasks include:

  • Retaining and updating QEHS documentation such as contractor information, non-conformance reports, accident reports, staff induction records and training records.
  • Co-ordinating the service and calibration of site equipment and retaining the records.
  • Providing the data collected, or summaries of it, to management on request.
  • Supporting events such as meetings, visits and inspections by booking rooms, ordering lunches and communicating the event to staff
  • Ordering site supplies including treatment chemicals and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
