Working within education recruitment is fast-paced and sometimes challenging – but incredibly rewarding. At Flourish, we’re a friendly, slightly bonkers, supportive bunch who genuinely care about what we do – and each other.

As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll work closely with candidates, referees, governing bodies and our Recruitment Consultants to ensure our teachers and support staff are fully vetted and ready to go.
