Description

The Compliance Administrator will provide administrative support within the compliance team, dealing with day to day office activities as required. To ensure compliance with the CO-OP estate, following centralised processes and procedures where required.
The job encompasses a range of activities. These will incorporate some (but not necessarily all) of the tasks identified below. Other activities may be also included as required in order to ensure the smooth running of the CO-OP contract.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative position
  • Experience of using Verisae or Epix CAFM Systems
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of relevant FM and British standards in planned maintenance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities
  • To provide Compliance administrative support to the compliance manager to support the running of the compliance department in an efficient and smooth manner.
  • To work with the compliance team leader to ensure that compliance administrative processes are followed in line with Lancer Scott guidance.
  • To produce accurate, concise and timely documentation, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems as appropriate, to support the efficient and smooth working of the CO-OP contract in accordance with Contractual specifications agreed with CO-OP.
  • To take calls for the department, dealing with routine queries, and referring more complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate member of staff.
  • To schedule planned maintenance and compliance remedials to the engineers adhering to agreed service level agreements.
  • To manage department inbox making sure general queries are answered and documentation is filed and addressed in the appropriate manner.
  • Be familiar with working with CAFM systems.
