OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks. Roles include:
- Responsible for receiving, saving, and checking all installation photos /documents off operatives/sub-contractors in order to ensure compliancy approve payments to installers
- Raising all documentation and compliance certification to meet contractual and legal requirements
- Informing all relevant governing bodies and third party companies of installs carried out
- Liaising with all areas of the business, including operatives and sub contractors to ensure all installs are trust mark compliant.
- Collating all evidence and documentation for upload to client specific drives and databases within client timeline
- Recording and keeping up to date relevant live trackers to ensure visibility throughout the business.
- Ensuring all clients are updated daily regarding installation lodgements.
- Be able to attend and lead compliance relative meetings
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking the services of a person with the following qualities
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competence in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commute to office in Shifnal, Shropshire.
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and individual client KPIs
- Highly driven and self motivated
- Able to work to with your own initiative
