We’re seeking a proactive Compliance Advisor to support contractor performance and statutory compliance across our operations at Brolga Village. This is a key site-based role working closely with the Compliance Manager and operational leaders to uphold Macmahon’s safety, compliance, and client standards. About the Role Monitor contractor performance and support governance processes across site operations. Assist with statutory compliance activities, including documentation, audits, and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in contractor management and safety culture. Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure alignment with QLD mining legislation. Build strong working relationships with site teams, contractors, and client representatives. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Experience in contractor compliance within surface mining operations. Working knowledge of QLD mining legislation and statutory frameworks.
