Responsibilities

A DYNAMIC AND EVOLVING ROLE!

We are currently seeking a Compliance Agent who will provide essential support to the compliance analysts in their daily tasks. In addition to researching current and upcoming programs, performing data analysis, preparing client reports, and submitting declarations, the Compliance Agent will have opportunities to weigh client samples.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Classify, structure, and analyze data related to assignments
  • Prepare and review clear and detailed reports, ensuring the quality and consistency of administrative documents for clients
  • Research and analyze information related to the industry and assignments
  • Provide direct support to analysts in their daily tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team
  • Actively participate in the company’s social and environmental initiatives
  • Be part of a B Corp subcommittee to ensure our social and environmental performance
  • Contribute ideas and involvement to the company’s sustainable development
  • Collaborate in defining social and environmental objectives to reduce our impact

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Studies in Environmental Science or a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of EPR and its workings – An asset
  • Proficient in Excel, expert level
  • Proficiency in MS Access – An asset
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional client visits
