As we continue growing, we will continue offering the best and most affordable vacation options out there!Job DescriptionThe Compliance Agent performs essential internal audits of tasks related to the Timeshare Closing process and complaint handling resolution. The results of these audits are used to reasonably measure proficiency in meeting Westgate’s metric objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in measuring the Closing Officer performance and adherence to regulation and company policies concerning the Timeshare closing processIdentify, report, and maintain logs of compliance and non-compliance from Timeshare closing recordingsEscalate items to the Compliance Officer as appropriateAudit account paperwork to ensure proper executionCommunicate training points, as may be identified in Timeshare closings from time to time, to the Compliance OfficerParticipate in training eventsResearch consumer/customer complaints Monitor and research Lexis Nexis reportingPerform Admin duties and other projects as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
