Description

UNCAGE YOUR AMBITION AS ACOMPLIANCE ANALYST

We are FlightHub Group, an ambitious team of people that created FlightHub and Justfly. Our brands have grown to become two of the top-ranked travel agencies in North America. We now serve over 3 million customers per year, totaling 3 billion dollars in sales, and, whereas the pandemic may have slowed us down a little, we are coming back even stronger. We dream big, pursue passionately, and follow through with resolute self-belief and rigorous commitment. We are a group of individuals sharing a common vision and values, having come together to pursue a collective mission: overtaking the #1 spot in the world.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s compliance programs across multiple geographies and regulatory frameworks. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help ensure our operations remain compliant with local and international laws, particularly in data privacy, consumer protection, and industry-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to online travel sales, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA), anti-spam (e.g., CASL), consumer protection, payment processing (e.g., PCI DSS), and advertising laws.
  • Assess compliance risks in our online booking flows, customer communications, payment platforms, and marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into our platform and processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, findings, and remediation actions.
  • Conduct internal reviews and gap assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or risk exposure across digital channels.
  • Support vendor due diligence, particularly with third-party service providers handling customer data or payment processing.
  • Stay up to date with global developments in travel, e-commerce, and data protection laws.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or regulatory role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and international compliance standards, including data privacy and e-commerce regulations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a global or cross-border footprint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Please note this position is in Montreal, Quebec and on-site.
