JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated Compliance Analyst to support our AML/CFT and regulatory compliance activities. This role offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in compliance, particularly in the jewellery and precious metals sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/compliance
• Basic understanding of UAE AML/CFT laws and goAML platform
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow·

• Assist in implementing AML/CFT policies in line with UAE regulations
• Help conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and verify client documents
• Monitor transactions and flag any suspicious activities
• Support in drafting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)
• Maintain well-organized compliance records and reports
• Assist in internal training and sharing regulatory updates
• Help with sanctions screening and UBO documentation
• Support audit preparations and respond to regulatory queries
