At nbkc, we’re redefining what it means to be a bank. We value curiosity, collaboration, and courage, and we’re looking for a Compliance Analyst BSA who’s ready to jump in and help us stay one step ahead of financial crime.
In this role, you’ll help lead the charge on our BSA/AML compliance program by monitoring transactions, reviewing high-risk accounts, completing SARs/CTRs, and helping refine the way we keep our bank and customers secure.

• Dive deep into BSA/AML compliance, supporting our BSA Team Lead and Officer with day-to-day risk monitoring.
• Review and investigate alerts for suspicious activity using transaction action monitoring software and good ol’ fashioned critical thinking.
• Monitor OFAC and Watch List activity, review high-risk accounts, and escalate red flags.
• Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on customers and business accounts.
• File timely, accurate SARs and CTRs.
• Support FinCEN duties and data validation projects to improve how we do what we do.
