JOB OVERVIEW

Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s compliance framework by monitoring regulatory obligations, assisting with regulatory audits, assessing internal processes, and helping ensure adherence to corporate policies.

EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, a related field or equivalent work experience
· 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or internal audit
· Familiarity with SOC 1/SOC 2 audits, ITGC controls, and privacy regulations
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
· Professional certifications are considered a plus
· Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity

Responsibilities

· Plan and assist in audits of internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
· Analyze audit evidence to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Collect and analyze vendors and subcontractors’ contracts for renewal and terms.
· Collect and analyze vendors and subcontractors’ certificates of insurance for validation of their contractual requirements and renewals.
· Maintain and organize document repositories, ensuring accurate record keeping, secure access, and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with auditors during inspections and assessments.
· Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.
· Maintain accurate records of audit activities and compliance metrics.
· Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
· Attend facility training sessions to understand operational procedures.
· Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
· Provide compliance guidance to business units and assist in new and existing control development.
· Other duties may be assigned.
