As part of our ongoing expansion in the GCC region, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Dubai office and ensure we meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a compliance or risk role within the financial services or fintech sector
  • Strong understanding of AML, CTF, KYC, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with EMI operations and cross-border regulatory environments (especially European)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent
  • Experience working with European regulatory bodies or within a company regulated under a European EMI license
  • Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and DIFC/FSRA frameworks
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Compliance Analyst will support the Compliance and Risk team in ensuring that Codego Emirates LLC adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial services. You will play a key role in monitoring transactions, conducting due diligence, reporting suspicious activity, and ensuring that our compliance framework is robust and up to date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct KYC/AML checks and ongoing due diligence on clients and partners
  • Monitor transactions to detect unusual or suspicious activity
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and liaise with relevant authorities when required
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes in the UAE, EU, and international financial regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance audits and inspections
