Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Position Summary: Under the direction of the VP Compliance, the Compliance Analyst is a key contributor to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Compliance Program. This role safeguards the organization’s integrity by ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards—particularly those impacting hospice, palliative care, and related patient care services. The Compliance Analyst advises on the development of the annual compliance plan and risk assessment, manages reported compliance issues, coordinates payor audits, manages compliance projects, assists with the policy management system, analyzes compliance data, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the compliance log. Through proactive oversight and detailed analysis, this position directly supports the delivery of safe, ethical, compliant and patient-centered care across the organization. Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, compliance, or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare compliance. CHC-Certified Healthcare Compliance preferred. Demonstrated success in managing compliance or audit processes in a healthcare environment. intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR systems, and other organizational software systems. Strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
