• Candidates with 3 plus years’ experience in Compliance area, audit function or risk management
• Advanced English is mandatory + fluency in German, French or Spanish is a big advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Focus on details and careful approach
• High responsibility
• Ability to work under time pressure

• Review and analyze sales transactions related documentation (emails, presentations, demo solutions etc.) to understand the deal
• Identity red flags and address or escalate them
• Request additional evidence tied to the transaction where needed
• Evaluate whether the documentation is sufficient to approve the transaction
• Review and analyze the entity´s ownership structure
• Identity red flags tied to the ownership and escalate them
