Description

Role and ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the preparation of the monthly private equity report.
Monitoring private equity transactions and assisting fund managers with analysis of fund transactions.
Accessing Third party data portals to download relevant reports.
Monitoring listed positions within the private equity portfolio.
Completion of subscription documents for new private equity funds and co-investments.
Submission of above and tax forms to external Fund Managers
Completion of KYC questionnaires etc and any KYC queries that come from Fund Managers following submission of subscription documents.
Liaising with external third parties, banks, brokers, professional service providers etc on ad hoc compliance requests.
Maintaining the Company database
Various Ad hoc administration projects.
