QUALIFICATIONS:

· Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English, with a bachelor degree or above in the UK;
· Worked in compliance or legal consulting related positions for more than 2 years.
· Familiar with basic compliance knowledge or legal related work experience in the UK;
· Familiar with and good at expressing Chinese or English compliance or laws in professional bilinguals.

· Report to company compliance officer;
· Perform compliance monitoring functions;
· Respond to daily inquiries from regulators and exchanges;
· Monitor and review warning signs of market abuse of surveillance software;
· Application for collation and review of customer account opening documents;
· Clients make full use of (using the world check system) the execution and monitoring of work;
· Assist in arranging and executing daily compliance training for company employees and keeping training records.
