We’re looking for a detail-driven Compliance Analystto support legal and operational compliance across our national network of retirement villages. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across our 30+ villages. Key responsibilities include: Managing annual Village AGMs, statutory reporting, and the RVA audit programme Advising Village and Operations Managers on compliance and legal matters Supporting the administration of complaints, settlements, and legal documentation Maintaining ORA stock records and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation Coordinating enterprise-wide insurance renewals and managing claims Supporting the Legal Team with occupation right agreement settlements, transfers, and terminations, as needed. This is a dynamic role that will see you working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, to support a high standard of operational integrity and resident care. What you’ll bring: A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. law, business, or similar) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage competing deadlines and complex documentation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to care and quality Why Join Us? Responsibilities
The Compliance Analyst will ensure compliance across 30+ retirement villages by managing annual AGMs, statutory reporting, and audits. They will also advise managers on compliance matters and support legal documentation and claims management.
