We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst, focussing on Pay Equity & Pay Transparency Legislation to join our team. This role will involve analyzing local pay equity and pay transparency legislation across various regions to inform the development of software solutions that help organizations comply with these requirements. The ideal candidate will not only contribute to the design and implementation of features within our software but will also create engaging and informative learning content to help companies use our software effectively for their reporting needs.

DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) SKILLS:

  • Experience in regulatory compliance or a similar role focused on pay equity or transparency.
  • Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with instructional design, e-learning tools, or content management systems.
Responsibilities

Prior experience in pay equity, HR and compensation / benefits would be an advantage. Other relevant experience, such as consulting can also be valuable in this role.

  • Degree in Business, Law, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex regulatory content into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design and create engaging learning content for different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with compliance-related software solutions or HRIS systems is an advantage
