Conduct regular record checks and investigate any irregularities or gaps. Participate in compliance testing and monitor incidents, errors, and breaches. Support in developing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with business units to promote adherence to internal controls. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in reporting compliance findings. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. Experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit is a plus. Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with confidentiality and integrity.
