POSITION SUMMARY

The Compliance Analyst supports the organization’s compliance program by conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance activities, and assisting with audits and investigations. This role works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly in a federal contracting environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably with a federal contractor.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and detailoriented.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s compliance plan.
  • Conduct risk assessments and analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and respond to compliance reporting channels, including voicemail and email.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement compliance solutions.
  • Document compliance activities, including investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of Business Associate Agreements and other compliancerelated contracts.
  • Support or lead internal audits and investigations as assigned.
