Position Summary
Salary Range $52K-$58K

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will report to the Chief Compliance Officer. The position will play a pivotal role within the Compliance Department. The position will support the Compliance Department in the management and completion of the Compliance Workplan through the seven effective elements of an effective Compliance Program. This role must be able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering assigned work products. This role will require individuals who are self-starters that never stop learning about the company and compliance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & TRAINING:

  • Experience in an environment with regulatory or accreditation requirements
  • Knowledge of medical terminology used in pharmacy/healthcare/health insurance industry
  • Understands the functional process of auditing, monitoring and reporting
  • Is detail oriented for accuracy and thoroughness of completed work
  • Works effectively to meet deadlines with flexibility to shift priorities for urgent needs
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications; able to work in multiple systems and use spreadsheets to gather, analyze, and report data
  • Able to learn and adapt to new software and work processes as needed
  • Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Effectively uses document organization and storage systems
  • Able to create and maintain respectful and positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
